Coast Realty Group was founded in 1984 by six highly successful realtors with the philosophy to achieve the highest standards attainable in providing Real Estate Service to their clients. This fundamental commitment to excellence has served well as witnessed by Coast Realty Group Ltd. [Nanaimo] being honored as the top selling Real Estate Office on the entire Vancouver Island Real Estate Board for the past 13 of the last 15 years.

 has grown from an initial core of 12 highly productive Nanaimo Real Estate agents to a force of over 180 today. During that time, an Insurance Division, Mortgages, and a Property Management Division was added to the growing list of services.

In 10th anniversary year Coast Realty Group was proud to open Coast Realty Group [Campbell River] Ltd. expanding us into the dynamic Campbell River market with the opportunity to share the winning Coast Realty Group philosophy and team spirit with our fellow Realtors and clients. While the  number of realtors has grown from 11 to a current 16, they have captured a large share of the market making it the third largest Real Estate office in Campbell River and number one per person. Property Management Services and in-house Mortgage Brokerage was also added.

Again another expanison in December 1994 to increase the Referral and Support System by adding Coast Realty Group [Parksville] Ltd. to the team. This office has since grown to 39 Real Estate Professionals with the recent addition of a Qualicum office, an added Property Management Division and Insurance in 1999.

In 1996, Coast Realty Group [Comox Valley] Ltd. opened to serve the Comox Valley. It started with 15 and now with 25 Professional Realtors extending our services to clients, they have quickly become one of the top offices in their market.

In December 1996, Coast Realty [Port Alberni] opened its doors with 11 of the areas highest producing realtors joining together to expand their services to their clients. The Port Alberni office has the largest inventory of listings in the area and is the top real estate office in the market. There is now 15 realtors.

In August of 1998, it was the opening of the sixth office at Coronation Mall in Ladysmith. The group of professional real estate agents is pleased to assist with all your Real Estate needs from Cedar to Chemainus.

1999 saw two more areas opened up under the Coast Realty Group banner, Gabriola Island that has 10 realtors serving the Gulf Islands market and Denman / Hornby Islands.

In 2003 a long standing Powell River Real Estate Company [VogI Agencies] became the tenth office and the first real estate office off of Vancouver Island. Eight real estate agents and a market well worth an investigation bring the realtors total to over 180. A six hundred percent increase in the past 1O years.

As a result, Buyers and Sellers from Nanaimo in the mid Vancouver Island region to Campbell River in the north, Port Alberni on the west coast, and Powell River on the Sunshine Coast identify with the Coast Realty Group of professional realtors, as a leading Real Estate organization with a reputation for excellent service and dependability.
