One thing that you might come across is Americans talking about the Simplified Skilled Worker application. American residents cannot use this form. They have to do the regular one like I did. I just thought I'd give you the heads-up in case you had any clients that were asking about it. Do you know I have a Yahoo Group for skilled workers?
